Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our work and want to provide only the very best. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are packed and shipped to you. We will happily replace or refund products damaged during shipment if a photo of damage is submitted within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us at for further details. All sales are final. We do not accept scent exchanges or returns.

Domestic Shipping

Little Elm Candle Co. currently uses USPS to deliver packages. Your order will generally ship in 3-5 business days. Some seasonal delays may occur depending on flash sale promotions. Shipping costs are determined by which state the package is being delivered to. International shipping not available at this time.

Warm Weather Shipping and Deliveries - *May be modified, we will monitor on an order-by-order basis

During the months of June - September, Warm Weather Shipping is in effect for orders requiring Domestic Shipping. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, the following precautions are being taken as part of the Warm Weather Shipping period:

  1. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-day or 3-day shipping).

  2. All orders are shipped out between Monday-Wednesday to avoid packages being kept in hot trucks over the weekend.

  3. Small ice packs may be included in your order*
    * These may be placed underneath or on top of the central cardboard piece holding the candles. Even if you do not see them, there may be ice packs in your order.
    * Ice packs can be reused for personal use by re-freezing, or you may dispose of them upon arrival.

  4. If your package arrives in an unsatisfactory condition due to the heat (signs of melting, improper burning, broken or damaged), please use the Contact form to let us know so we can resolve the issue with you.

Local Deliveries

Orders being delivered locally will only be successfully delivered if an individual is home to receive the order. This is to prevent candles being left outside in the heat. If an order is attempted and unsuccessful, we will contact you via email to determine the best time to drop your order off when someone will be home. We strive to deliver all local orders within 1-3 business days.
