Shipping is automatically calculated on the checkout page and can be seen prior to submitting your payment information. The checkout page offers various shipping method choices and respective prices. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, International shipping is not available at this time.

 

PROCESSING TIME

We know how exciting it is to receive new packages so, we work to get your order processed as soon as possible. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner with the exception of sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday. During these times there is a possibility that order processing may take longer.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail due to incorrectly supplied addresses, damaged, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. 

 

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:

 

US ORDERS:

1. USPS standard shipping (5-7 business days) 

Shipping Information will be provided once shipped.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Little Elm Candle Co. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Little Elm Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Little Elm Candle Co. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDERS

Little Elm Candle Co. carefully inspects all orders before shipping. We will not ship damaged merchandise and are not responsible if you receive damaged product. For orders damaged during transit please contact the shipping company. If you feel your order is incorrect you, must contact us by email within 30 days of placing your order at littleelmcandleco@gmail.com.

ITEMS NOT IN STOCK

We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.
