RETURNS

*** Any products marked as “Discontinued” or “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable. ***

Seasonal scents are offered year round per season. Any returns or requests for refund on seasonal products must be within 30 days of shipping.

 

We understand that ordering fragrances online can be difficult because you cannot smell the fragrance beforehand. Please contact our team by emailing us at littleelmcandleco@gmail.com . We will be happy to assist you with a speedy resolution for this issue.

 

If your order is in the same condition you received it in (i.e. The candle has not been lit.) You can return your order for a refund. All items will need to be returned at your expense. Return shipping expenses are non-refundable. We ask that you include your name and order number along with the reason for your return.

 

To be eligible for an store credit or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept merchandise that has been damaged. Merchandise must be in a condition ready for resale.

Items must also be in the original packaging. "Final Sale" items cannot be returned.

 

Non-exchangeable items include:

Sale items, Gift Cards and custom orders.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back. Shipping fees are non refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount. Our team carefully inspects all items before shipping. All returned items will be inspected for signs of smoke, soil and damage, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit or refund.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed or store credit will be issued within seven business days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements.

 

SENDING IN RETURNS

 

Once the above criteria have been met, email us at littlelemcandleco@gmail.com to notify us of the exchange and the tracking information. Return address will be provided at the time criteria is met.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If your original packing slip has been misplaced please include a note including your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or receive merchandise credit. If it's not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a store credit will be issued and mailed to the address on file.
